You are installing Mandrake rpms on a Red Hat system.  One of the
problems with RPM is that there are no standard ways of specifying
dependencies, so rpms from Red Hat, Mandrake, Caldera, and SuSE may or
may not (usually not though) have consistent dependency information.

If you are sure you have the libraries, just use --nodeps.
