The next Newbie meeting will be this Tuesday, January 8, 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
Do you remember the Enlightenment window manager/desktop environment?
After 12 years of development, E17 was released at 11:59 on December
21, 2012. Were they waiting to see if we survived the end of the Mayan
calendar? Anyway, we'll see how to obtain Enlightenment and take a look
at it.
The session will be at the Illinois State Museum Research and
Collections Center in Springfield, IL, located at 1011 E. Ash Street.
(The entrance is actually on 10 1/2 Street, between Ash and Laurel.)
