To continue, you can multiple X-servers running if you want. For example

Log into the first terminal, and startx

Cntrl-Alt-F2 to get to the second terminal

do

 startx -- :1

Then you can use Cntrl-Alt-F7 to go to the first session and Cntrl-Alt-F8
to go to the second session.
