"Halloween" Paper

Hi,
  Some of you already know of this through slashdot and SILUG, but I
thought that I'd put it out here also.

    I've been reading http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/halloween.html. This is a
(apparently confirmed) Microsoft document on meeting the threat of Open
Source Software, particularly Linux. This posted version has Eric
Raymond's comments imbedded. I don't usually read this stuff much, but
this caught my eye.
