Ick. Repeat after me... nVidia is evil. nVidia is evil.

Forget it. No modern (in other words, reasonably fast) card is going
to work on a machine with such a small power supply. Your best bet is
to buy a better power supply first. Otherwise, you are taking a
serious gamble with your hardware. (Those little power supplies tend
to die, often taking large parts of the system with them.)

If you want some help finding a power supply, feel free to let me
know. (I sell hardware. Replacement power supplies start around $25
for 250W and go up from there.)

Oh, and to answer your original question... Once you have a power
supply that can handle it, I would suggest getting an ATI Radeon
8500LE-based card. I can sell the OEM cards for around $80, maybe a
little less. I've seen them for as little as $65 from random vendors
on pricewatch.com.

The 8500LE is going to run circles around anything nVidia sells in
that price range.
