I don't know if this still works, but it's worth a try.
Make sure you have alternate means of booting to Linux first; it looks
like you've got that part taken care of. Then, boot from your Win98 CD
and run "FDISK /MBR". Reboot, and make sure Windows boots. Then, boot
back to Linux, re-LILO, and make sure you can boot to Windows from LILO.
