starting sendmail error

anyone have any ideas where this error may be coming from?

[root@cjm /etc]# sendmail -bd -q15m
sendmail: error in loading shared libraries
: undefined symbol: __register_frame_info

I get this when starting sendmail. I just put 8.9.3 on, and RH5.2 is not
liking it. I am not sure what libraries sendmail calls, and which ones
arent on my machine. Any suggestions where to start?
