I'm not getting a connect, and trying locks up Netscape such I gotta
kill-9 the browser.  Gave the server a coupla third-party pings.  
First, 100% retrieve, but twice the return time of fgi or rtpro.  
Later, return time approximated that of other area servers, 
but with 20% packet lossage...
