I use WindowMaker, and its very configurable. windowmaker.org has some
example config files that should point you in the right direction, but if
you have specific questions, you can write me directly. There is a spec
for mouse speed, however, I'll have to look up the exact context. Most of
the config is taken care of with ~/gnustep/Library/Defaults.
