2 out of 28 domains on shared server mysteriously having mail issues.

I hope this formats ok I set Thunderbird to plain text for luci mail.

I run a shared server with 28 VPS's and has never had a mail issue until 
out of the blue 2 of the 28 are having problems and it happened with no 
updates so that can't be what caused it.
I did update to see if that would magically resolve the issue but alas, 
it has not.
Then I tried first backup and then delete and then recreate the domain 
with fresh everything created a user and tried to send email to that 
user with the same results outlined below. I restored it to it's 
original state since a virgin VPS did not help.

All are receiving email just fine but recently 2 of them started to NOT 
receive mail from CERTAIN sources.

For instance it seems if you send a message from an ATT account it gets 
to the recipient immediately.

If you send from a Comcast or Gmail account is gets kicked back to the 
Gmail as non deliverable due to DNS Error: Could not contact DNS servers,
and Comcast refuses to send at all to that address like the Comcast SMTP 
server is checking dns before sending and then refusing to send all 
together and kicks up an UN-informative dialogue box in Thunderbird.

I used several tools to try and troubleshoot
http://www.mxtoolbox.com --- gives some interesting insight. All domains 
display the IP for MX but the problem domains Do NOT display the IP.
When I do a DNS lookup it returns an IP however an MX does not return an 
IP though MX does for the domains that are working ok.

Here are some domains that work ok that are under the same shared IP.
peerlesswebhosting.com --- is ok and is the main account
wolgamot.com  ---  is ok
ginnymyrtprimitives.com  ---  is ok
theraggedfence.com  ---  is ok
