Re: Console problem
I read the framebuffer howto and added vga=ask to grub.conf. When it
asked I used 'scan', the highest available mode is 80x45. Is this
limited by the graphics card or is there a way around this?

If you didn't set the frambuffer video mode on boot, then that is the
way it normally works. When you switch to "console mode" it goes back
to an 80x25 console (same as if you boot up in runlevel 3).
