i would guess that would depend on your business right, so if you work at a
golf club polo shirts and kacki's would probably be standard (or kilts, depends
on the club of course), and if you worked for a law office business dress would
probably be suit and tie, and if you worked for a strip club . . well i'll let
you figure that one out, do we know what industry the job is in? 

i really despise terms that have no real meaning like business dress and windows
firewall
