I wonder if that works as well as the state lottery that supposedly goes 
for school stuff?

On a related, but still off-topic note, apperently some places still 
have an extra charge to use touch-tone dialing, even though it costs the 
telco more to suport pulse dialing.  Most phones support pulse, so it 
seems like it'd be entertaining to get rid of the TDD charge on your 
bill *and* cost the telco more money.  At least, it seems entertaining 
to me...
