OSCON Call for Participation -- Programmers, developers, strategists,
and technical staff are invited to submit proposals (deadline is February 15)
to lead tutorials and conference sessions at the sixth annual O'Reilly
Open Source Convention. The theme of this year's conference is
Embracing and Extending Proprietary Software.
