From my previous post:
"I can tell you this from past personal experience."
That would be "first-hand experience", in case it wasn't clear.

Hmm. Not good. Then again, I didn't say the CEO was perfect. When I
met him, he seemed to have more sense than this.
I still stand by my general impression of the company, though. If
Lindows manages to only screw up a conference in their rise to
prominence, they'll still be doing better than lots of others.
