Anyway, it may just be because I'm a teen, but I always like stuff on open-source games. Bzflag is kinda old but I'm kinda addicted to it. Besides games maybe something on zope or aolserver. I know most people (probably 99 out of 100) will use apache but I've heard good things about aolserver and zope but I don't really have any network to test them on (www.aolserver.com) (www.google.com/linux?q=zope for lack of a better link).

Also, not directly affecting this meeting but being a dialup user I'd like to see an updates cd start being distributed (perhaps for a fee?) with source ( mainly cause I use fbsd these days). I don't know how much trouble this would be for the people that would actually be downloading the stuff.
