Sendmail & SMTP Auth

Hey, just a follow up to my recent post concerning using sendmail and smtp 
auth. I ended up finding this link:

but only after I searched for starttls. Its probably the best and most 
concise doc I've managed to find for gettin client to server and server to 
server secure mail conversation going.
