Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation
Chaiman Fritz Hollings has drafted a "Security Systems 
Standards and Certification Act" (SSSCA) toward making it
"unlawful to manufacture, import, offer to the public, 
provide or otherwise traffic in any interactive digital
device that does not include and utilize certified 
security technologies," as approved by the Department 
of Commerce.
