change Sendmail deferred to dump

My system currently defers all incoming mail if it is
undeliverable (typically due to quotas) and tries for "up
to 5 days" to resend.  I'd like to change it to simply dump
the mail (or bounce) under these conditions.  I found a fix
to this a long time ago but I've misplaced it.  Does
anybody know the parameters to change in the sendmail.cf?
