Someone (whose name I've never learned - sorry) was asking about the
top-level domains and what countries they went with last night.  While
I was looking for the answer to my dns question today, I ran across
IANA's[1] list, which should be pretty accurate... :)

[1]For those who don't know, IANA stands for "internet assigned numbers
authority" - they're the people that control the assignment of IP addrs
for everyone else.
