Upon closer inspection, it looks like this is the only one that actually needs
to be inserted by hand.  The toolbar will disappear from view is you go
up to the view menu and uncheck it.  You proly found that the easy way by
looking at the menus or something, though... :)

On a mac, it still creates a toolbar with no name with just that tweak, but
it appears to not do anything horrible on linux, however.  Eh.
