Red Hat Secure webserver

hello all-
i tried downloading the rh secure web server, which i anticipated to be
apache with mod_ssl installed, or something similar. 
once downloaded, i found:

ls-lR.gz                           secureweb-devel-3.2.1-1.i386.rpm
mailman-2.0beta2-1.i386.rpm        secureweb-manual-3.2.1-1.i386.rpm
secureweb-3.2.1-1.i386.rpm.rhmask


Now, what is the .rhmask? I have not seen this before. rpm does not
recognize the file as being in "rpm format"
