RE: Newbie Night

I'm working on the layout that I presented several weeks ago. I'm in
contact right now with my vendors. I'm set to go. There's not been any
more conversation, because things are taken care of ;)

If you have a presentation that's suitable for newbie night, let me know,
and I'll get it scheduled. Same goes for any of the rest of you.

As our schedule and attendance becomes regular and steady, I'll be
inviting outside speakers, such as yourself, as well as vendors, to vary
the content.

However, please don't misinterpret newbie night. This isn't a 2nd LUCI
meeting. The purpose is SIMPLY to cover the basic essentials of the Linux
User. The stuff that LUCI just can't cover in addition to the latest and
greatest of Linux. Several of the topics we chatted about during the last
thread were great, but not suitable for newbie night. Keep things simple
guys.
