I believe that Dallas semiconductor makes a flash type bios chip. it is
suppose to hold its dat for up to 10 years. I know a guy who used one to
re-write his bios for his old coco floppy controller (yep-that was a few
years ago.)

I also know a ham friend who has a burner and would probably do one for you
if you can supply the bios image.
He is a farmer and would have to wait until he is finished with the harvest.

I also have an old burner here, but, have never tried it yet, and am not too
sure what size prom's it will handle, or if it even works.
