OK, the web server (httpd) is up.  You can get to stuff on the ftp
site through it (just go to /pub), but the ftp server itself isn't
working right now.  (I probably need to recompile it against glibc
2.1.  *sigh*)

Oh, the mailing list archive wasn't updating either.  That might be
fixed now.  If it is, I'll feed any messages that aren't there.
