LUCI: December LUCI Meetings to be canceled

I'm going to have to cancel both meetings in December, or at least I
cannot host them. There is another event happening in the RCC on the
evening of the 11th (Newbie nigth), and I need to attend that. The
"regular" meeting would be scheduled on the 25th, and I can't be available
then, either.
