Well, there coule be two problems..

#1 Your ISP may not update it's DNS nightly, or even worse, may not rely
InterNic for their records.  This in mind, it may take 24-48 hours or so
for your ISP to update DNS.  Do an nslookup from your connection for
www.luci.org.  The correct domain is 207.239.117.253.  If you get
something else, your nameserver is wrong.

#2 With the weird traceroutes, I'd suspect someone's having a router
problem.  I haven't poked around today, or heard any other complaints, but
it wouldn't suprise me any..

PS. For those of you with caching browsers, be sure to "reload" or clear
your cache/proxy.
