That's the card I'm using on web1.lanscape.net (AKA www.luci.org).
The only gotcha with the card is that you need to be running the
absolute latest 2.0.x kernel (or any recent 2.1.x kernel) to really
support the card.

Oh, BTW, since it is a PCI card, you shouldn't specify I/O & IRQ.
