Changes to the web site

I've made a few relatively minor changes to the LUCI web site.  The
biggest change is that I've got information from my last couple of
meeting presentations available at

    http://www.luci.org/meetings/

I'm still working on making some other changes.  I'm hoping that the
web site will look completely different by the end of the week.  The
changes won't be just cosmetic (although we definitely need some work
in that area too :), so keep an eye on it, and let me (or, even
better, info@luci.org) know if you have any suggestions.
