There has been some discussion on comp.lang.vrml about VRML&Linux, and I 
found out about a vrml viewer that was new to me. It is really just for 
view VRML objects (things to examine) rather than "worlds" (places to 
walk around in) but it looks pretty nice. It comes out of Norway 
(http://www.sim.no/) and is freely downloadable.  Called VRLMview. It 
requires MESA (http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/~brianp/Mesa.html).
